DARREN MOSS

Darren is committed to helping you with all your health and fitness needs. With Darren's vast experience he has  the know-how and expertise needed to ensure your personal success.

Darren currently coaches his Son's football team Rhosddu United under 12's and is a Scout for  Wales youngsters. He was a Scout for Stoke City 16 - 23's for 4 years until recently.

Venues to include  LEX football ground and Ysgol Plas Coch football field for outdoor sessions and for  indoor sessions we have a 3g Pitch at IPC Gym Gwersyllt, Wrexham!
